Oklahoma Congressman Tom Cole says the death of Ohio Congresswoman Stephanie Tubbs Jones is personally shocking...
Cole says even though Tubbs Jones wasn't someone he always agreed with... he says he respected her because she was honorable and played fair.
Cole and Tubbs Jones served together on the House Ethics committee from 2005 until 2007.
