The City of Moore has received a $1 million HUD grant to help potential homebuyers purchase a house in one of 18 neighborhoods damaged by the May 2013 tornado. Eligible homebuyers can receive up to $40,000 to help with a downpayment and closing costs. The City will hold four informational workshops in August. Go to cityofmoore.com for more information.
