Two More Fire Fatalities

Two adults and a dog perished early Friday in a house fire in the 3500 block of south Hudson in Oklahoma City. Fire Battalion Chief Benny Fulkerson says an adult male was located in the front living room and another adult male was located in a rear bedroom. He says there was no electricity to the house. He says the occupants were 'bringing in' electricity from a structure next door. He says their heat sources were an oven, space heaters and a gas wall heater. The cause of the fire is under investigation. He says the deaths bring the total number of Oklahoma City fire fatalities to nine so far in January.
