The agenda hasn't been posted yet, but the State Board of Health has scheduled a special meeting for Wednesday, August first, in Oklahoma City. Board president Tim Starkey said last week that a special meeting would be called to amend rules the Board passed regulating medical marijuana. It's what State Attorney General Mike Hunter recommended. He said the rules were inconsistent with the plain language of State Question 788.
