From OKC.gov:
Street crews ready for snow and ice
Twelve street crews are on standby today, ready to salt streets and remove snow as it begins to accumulate along the City’s snow routes. Additional crews will report to the Central Maintenance Facility for a 12-hour shift at midnight tonight if needed.
Salt is in good supply. Motorists can help crews by keeping a safe distance – about 200 feet – away from salt trucks.
Regional snow routes
The map below shows the City's designated regional snow routes. Sixteen cities, four counties and numerous state agencies in the metro joined together to develop a comprehensive snow route for the entire region, from Lexington to Guthrie and Yukon to Harrah.
