The State Chamber of Oklahoma has launched a campaign to support passage of State Question 766 in November that would make all intangible personal property exempt from taxes. Governor Mary Fallin has agreed to serve as honorary chairwoman. Chamber President Fred Morgan says passage is needed to prevent the largest tax increase in state history.
