Supporters of the Personhood movement say they will keep trying to get a Personhood measure on the ballot in Oklahoma. On Monday, the U-S Supreme Court upheld an Oklahoma Supreme Court ruling that a proposed personhood constitutional amendment was 'clearly unconstitutional'. Jennifer Mason with the group Personhood USA, which filed the appeal, says her group will keep trying. "We followed the law to the letter," she told KTOK News. "And we did what every other group in Oklahoma has done to try to petition to get something on the ballot so we know that we were in the right and we just have to try again."
