It's in the hands of the Oklahoma County District Attorney's Office...the metro's latest shooting incident that left one man dead on OKC's southwest side.

Oklahoma City Police MSgt. Gary Knight says that it happened late yesterday in the 1200 block of SW 58th Street.

When officers arrived, they found 20-year-old Antonio Pereyra shot and killed, allegedly by 20-year-old Christopher Lance Wildman.

MSgt. Knight says that the initial investigation indicates that Pereyra and Wildman were involved in some type of physical altercation, and that both men were armed.

He adds that no arrest has been made at this time, as the case has been turned over to the District Attorney's office to determine if any charges will be filed against Wildman.
