The State Chamber of Oklahoma has unveiled its 2013 legislative agenda and the top priority is to overhal the state's workers' compensation system. Senior Vice President of Government Affairs Gwendolyn Caldwell says the goal is to reform the state's adversarial system into an administrative model.
