It was a father and a daughter who died in an early morning fire that raced through a house in Norman.

Reports are that family members have confirmed that 24-year-old Corey Findley and three-year-old Amber Findley, his daughter, died in the fire that happened in the 2700 block of Richardson Drive.

Firefighters were called to the house shorrtly after 3:30 a.m. and found the house on fire and Findley with his daughter. 

Officials say they will work throughout the day to determine what caused the deadly house fire.
