They're calling it a "suspicious" fire this morning...a three-alarm blaze that forced the evacuation of the occupants at a motel on the northeast side of the Oklahoma City metro.
It happened around 3 a.m. at the Super 8 Motel along the I-35 near NE 122nd Street.
The blaze rapdily reached three-alarm status as flames roared through a few of the rooms and some nearby propane tanks apparently blew from the flames and intense heat.
At first look, officials say the fire may have started in a stairwell and they are calling it suspicious in nature, although the investigation is just underway.
One person reportedly with minor injuries along the lines of smoke inhalation.
