The Oklahoma City Public School District is using $1 million dollars in extra money from the Commissioners of the Land Office to keep 30 teacher jobs.
The money is part of $24 million in oil and gas lease revenues distributed statewide.

Land Office Secretary Mike Hunter says the distribution was made possible by a law enacted this past legislative session.
