A California judge's decision overturning a ban on same-sex marriage comes as good news to members of Oklahoma City's gay community.

     Cimarron Alliance Foundation Executive Director Scott Hamilton says he doesn't foresee the California judge's decision having an immediate effect in Oklahoma.

     Since 2004, Oklahoma's Constitution has banned same-sex marriages and recognition of same-sex marriages performed in other states.
