U.S. Rep. Mary Fallin (R-Okla.) says she voted Tuesday against a $26 billion plan to bail out state budgets because America can't afford it.

     Oklahoma shouldn't be asked to bail out other states that have acted irresponsibly, she said Wednesday.

     Oklahoma instead should focus on creating jobs, supporting small business and getting more businesses to locate in Oklahoma, she said.
