Two more groups came out against State Question 744 Thursday.

     Representatives from the Oklahoma State Troopers Association and the Oklahoma Fraternal Order of Police said if voters approve SQ744, the measure will cut prison funding, cut the number of law enforcement officers and slice funding for law enforcement training.

     SQ744 would require lawmakers to fund education at the regional average.
