Former OU all-American football player Lee Roy Selmon was so loved by fans of the Tampa Bay Buccaneers where he also starred, his funeral will be streamed live on the Internet on Friday.
The first funeral will be Friday in Lutz, Florida, not far from where he earned his name and number in the ring of honor for the NFL team. A tribute area was created at a turnaround on the highway in front of the Raymond James Stadium.
A second funeral will be held Saturday in Oklahoma City at the First Southern Baptist church on Sooner road. Selmon, who died last Sunday at the age of 56, will be buried in Oklahoma.
