Oklahoma Attorney General Gentner Drummond is enacting the state's price gouging law. The Emergency Price Stabilization Act will be in effect for Carter, Cotton, Garfield, Hughes, Kay, Lincoln, Love, Murray, Okfuskee, Oklahoma, Payne and Pontotoc counties. Severe storms impacted those counties this past weekend, and Drummond says his office will not tolerate exorbitant prices on goods and services needed by residents during the storm recovery effort.
